What we do
Residential care runs around the clock, and a schedule is only as strong as its weakest shift. A call-out at short notice, a vacancy that takes months to fill, a weekend nobody wants: these are the gaps Genesys exists to cover.
We keep a network of independent contractors whose credentials we have checked and whose availability we know. When a provider sends a request, we offer the shift only to the people who qualify for that program on that day, and we confirm to the provider who is coming.
Genesys Staffing Solutions is the trade name of Scholnezer LLC.
How we protect information
- Contractor documents are stored encrypted, outside the public website, and opened only by authorized Genesys staff.
- Health and identification documents are restricted further, to compliance staff and the owner.
- Staff sign in with a password and a second code from their phone.
- Every time a staff member opens a contractor's document, who and when is recorded.
- We do not ask providers for resident names or health details, and we ask that none are sent to us.
